Across the World Adoptions (ATWA) Reviews

Nancy: We are adopting two beautiful 2 year olds through ATWA. We are close to receiving our LOAs! We LOVE ATWA so far and expect we will continue to love this agency and staff when we finish our journey! We have used five other agencies in the past for our other beautiful children from China! Please feel free to message me if you have other questions!
Catherine: Here is my experience so far: I started working with them this summer and have had a great experience. I am currently Dossier to China (DTC) and am awaiting my PA/LOA. I am a social worker and an adoptive mom so I have had experience in the adoption field. I have felt that ATWA has been very responsive and very ethical. I was matched to our little boy prior to our dossier being submitted (actually the first time Pam and I talked she said "I think I may have the perfect little guy for you" and he was!) as they have many new partnerships in China. Pam Thomas oversees the China program and has walked me through every step of the way, even calling and texting on weekends. I truly feel they have the best interests of their children at heart and treat PAP's with respect and individual attention.ATWA really makes themselves available and encourages questions and communications. In addition, I believe with the amount of partnerships the wait may be much shorter than other agencies which is also a bonus.. I don't always go out of my way to make recommendations but I have felt ATWA has earned it. Good luck to you in your journey!
Kalee: I am just starting out with ATWA but I have only good things to say to any prospective family. Pam is AMAZING. So empathetic, responsive, and helpful to me at every stage of the process, and so available to talk and offer great advice. I don't know what my expectations were but they have been more than met -- I am blown away in a good sense. My friend (who is also adopting with ATWA) referred me here when I really didn't know what agency to start with, and thank goodness she did. I've already found a little girl I am very interested in pursuing and definitely staying with this agency and with Pam
